西荻窪の駅を降りた瞬間、その物語は静かに幕を開けます。現代のあたらしい光を蝋燭に見立て風がそっと吹き込むとき、風に揺れるその様は、「光」によって街を優雅に彩り、現代の新しい風景として、静かな時間をもたらしてくれると考えます。またそのような風が作品を通してほんの少しでも吹くことができたら幸いです。

The moment you step off the train at Nishi-Ogikubo Station, the story quietly begins. When imagining modern light as a candle gently flickering in the wind, its swaying appearance gracefully adorns the town with light, creating a new modern landscape and bringing a sense of tranquility. I hope that such a breeze can blow, even just a little, through my work.

1968年東京生まれ。桑沢デザイン研究所卒、2021年青梅美術館、2022年SPC日本橋(企画展)、2023年IAGアワード、Kawagoe Remixに選出。展覧会だけではなく、近年は音楽フェスやイベントなどで光の演出を手がけ、”光“の在り方を探求している。

Born in Tokyo in 1968. Graduated from Kuwasawa Design School. Exhibited at Ome Museum of Art in 2021, SPC Nihonbashi (planned exhibition) in 2022, and selected for the IAG Award and Kawagoe Remix in 2023. In addition to exhibitions, has been involved in lighting design for music festivals and events in recent years, exploring the nature of “light.”
