ももしの児童たちと共に、現代都市における整然とした人工的空間を象徴する「グリッド（格子）」を探求し、それに対抗する映像作品を制作する予定。

I plan to create a videowork together with students of Momoshi that explores?and resists?the “grid” as a motif representing the ordered artifice of modern-day urban experience.

イギリス出身。山梨県を拠点に活動している。映像やドローイング等、様々な要素で構成されたインスタレーションを通し、人間と自然の関係性を探求している。日本における自然界と人工的な環境から着想を得て、作品を展開してきた。
アジアを中心に、国内外で作品を発表。

Artist. Born in the UK. Based in Yamanashi Prefecture. Working across a broad range of media, his practice is underpinned by an interest in exploring people’s relationship to the natural environment. His work has been shown in Japan and internationally.
