《どんぐりキャッチャー》Acorn Catcher

本作は「“ネオテニーの森”という子供の感性のまま大人になってしまった自分にとっての理想の世界」をテーマにした作品シリーズのひとつです。
秋の善福寺公園は足元に目をやると、きのことどんぐりがいっぱい！
子供の頃からどんぐり拾いが大好きな私の脳内（ネオテニーの森）にはこんな「空目空耳」が広がっています（作品をご覧ください）。

・きのこの笠は実は被り物（帽子）で、帽子を脱ぐと頭はツルツルのハゲ頭！
・その笠（帽子）を頭上に掲げカゴの代わりにして、クヌギ広場でどんぐりを大量に集めるよ！
・生垣に垣間見えている、豚、あきかかねは実際に公園に出没するよ
（ペットの豚さんがたまにお散歩に来て、どんぐりを食べているよ）

This piece is part of my series themed around “My Forest of Neoteny” – an ideal world imagined by the version of me who grew up while keeping a child’s sensibilities intact.
In autumn, Zempukuji Park is full of mushrooms and acorns if you look down at your feet. Since I’ve loved collecting acorns ever since I was a child, my inner world – Forest of Neoteny – is filled with playful imaginations like the ones shown in this artwork:

The mushroom’s cap is actually a wearable hat, and underneath it is a perfectly smooth, shiny bald head!

It lifts that cap high above its head and uses it like a basket to gather heaps of acorns in the Kunugi Grove!

The pig and the dragonfly peeking through the hedges are real visitors to the park (sometimes a pet pig comes for a walk and snacks on acorns!).

■プロフィール／Profile
1986年東京都生まれ。多摩美術大学卒業。
2022年に制作活動を開始。「動物の擬態」や「ネオテニーの森」という作者の妄想から生まれた「理想の世界」を題材にした彫刻や絵画を制作している。2024年　第108回二科展 彫刻部　特選受賞。

1986: Born in Tokyo; graduated from Tama Art University.
2022: Began creating artworks, focusing on sculptures and paintings that depict an “ideal world” inspired by themes of “animal mimicry” and “forest of neoteny.”
2024: Received the Special Selection Award in the Sculpture Division at the 108th Nikaten Exhibition.
