西荻ナイトスキップ2023～しぐさをほどく  宵の口 編
Nishiogi-NightSkip2023－Unwind the Gesture: Evening Edition

前半は、スキップを切り口にひとの在り様などへと広がる話。後半は、簡単な動き（寝転がり地を感じ踏み立ち歩く等）によるからだの気づきのワーク。老若男女どなたでもご参加できます。
（トーク前の11～15時，スキップ調査をします。ご協力頂けましたら幸いです。）

In the first half of the session, the talk about topic of skipping is expanded to the way of being of human. The second half is a work on body awareness through simple movements (lying down, feeling the ground, standing up, walking, etc.). Everyone, male and female of all ages and genders, is welcome to attend.

(Before the talk,11am-15pm, we do a survey on locomotion behavior. Your cooperation would be appreciated).

With our motto of becoming a part of the place, stepping on the ground, sinking, floating, bouncing, and releasing ourselves, we have been active in enjoying various skipping activities since 2011, appreciating our senses more than expressions. Specifically, skipping in the air while we lie down on the ground stretching our arms and legs out is the prime time, the essential part of night skipping..

It does not matter whether you do an act of skipping or not.

A night skipping with a place name on is a special event we offer; listening to a story of the place and seeing ever-changing scenery and environment, we share a precious moment with each other through the act of skipping.
