素材：楠・アクリル着彩 Materials: Acrylic, Camphor wood

この作品のテーマは「擬態」です。大人になっても子供のような感性や好奇心、価値観を持ち続けている人は子供のままでもいられず、大人社会にもうまく馴染めない。そのうまく擬態しきれない「違和感」をユーモラスに表現してみました。

The theme of this work is “mimicry.” It humorously expresses the “sense of discomfort” experienced by those who, despite retaining a childlike sensitivity, curiosity, and perspective throughout adulthood, find themselves unable to remain fully childlike yet also struggle to fit comfortably into adult society.

■プロフィール／Profile
1986年東京都生まれ。多摩美術大学卒業。
2022年に制作活動を開始。「動物の擬態」や「ネオテニーの森」という作者の妄想から生まれた「理想の世界」を題材にした彫刻や絵画を制作している。2024年第108回二科展 彫刻部　特選受賞。

1986: Born in Tokyo; graduated from Tama Art University.
2022: Began creating artworks, focusing on sculptures and paintings that depict an “ideal world” inspired by themes of “animal mimicry” and “forest of neoteny.”
2024: Received the Special Selection Award in the Sculpture Division at the 108th Nikaten Exhibition.
