Listening to the sound of the wind in the pines

お茶室の釜は温度が上がるにしたがって、いろんな音色を奏でることをご存知でしょうか？
亭主がお茶を点てるまでの間、お客様は、釜の煮える音色に耳を澄ましています。
「松風（しょうふう」は、お茶を点てるのに一番適した音色と言われていますが、それはどんな音でしょうか？
釜の音色から、松林を吹き抜ける風を感じ、亭主が点てられたお抹茶を頂く・・・
善福寺池を目の前にしながら、是非、五感を研ぎ澄まして聴いていただければと思っています

Did you know that the kettle in a tea room produces various sounds as it heats up?
While waiting for the host to prepare the tea, guests can enjoy the sound of the kettle boiling.
“Shofu” (wind in the pines) is said to be the best sound for making tea, but what kind of sound is it?
From the sound of the kettle, feel the wind blowing through the pine forest, and sip the matcha tea prepared by the host…
We invite you to listen with heightened awareness, while standing in front of Zenpukuji Pond.

ここは、座禅を通じて自分と向き合い、心の平安を保つ場所です。
坐禅をはじめ、茶道、俳句、作陶、日本料理など日本文化を学べる場所でもあります。
坐禅や日本文化に興味のある方はどなたでも参加できます。　
　
Seimeian is a place where you can face yourself and maintain peace of mind through zazen.
In addition to zazen, it is also a place where you can learn about Japanese culture, including the tea ceremony, haiku, pottery making and Japanese cuisine.
Anyone who is interested in zazen and Japanese culture is welcome to participate.
