《池のほとりの窓》　Window by the Pond

素材：平ゴム、シリコンチューブ、ステンレスワイヤー、木材

池のほとりに窓を連想させる作品を設置し、その向こうには池や対岸の大樹が見える。それは公園を訪れる人が、豊かな自然を改めて感受するための装置となる。風に微かに揺らいで軽やかな表情も見せる。想いは、観る人・作品・自然が呼応することであり、昨今の経済優先の環境破壊に抗い未来の都市環境を考える一助としたい。

An artwork evoking a window is installed by the pond’s edge, through which visitors can see the water and the large trees on the opposite side. It serves as a device to help park visitors reconnect with the richness of nature. Gently swaying in the breeze, the piece conveys a light and delicate expression. The intention is for the viewer, the artwork, and nature to resonate with one another, acting as a form of resistance to recent environmentally destructive economic priorities and contributing to a rethinking of urban environments of the future.
